Pre-booked Stansted airport journeys

Arrange a private hire pick-up or drop-off at Stansted Airport. Tell us your flight number, airline, arrival or departure time, terminal, collection address or destination, passenger count and luggage requirements.

Arrivals and meet-and-greet

For an arrival pick-up, keep your flight details current and let us know promptly if your plans change. Your booking confirmation will explain the agreed collection point, meeting instructions and any waiting time included. Up to 60 minutes after landing applies only where meet-and-greet waiting has been confirmed for your booking.

Airport charges and journey confirmation

Any airport access, parking or waiting charges that apply will be set out in your quote or booking confirmation. The confirmation also identifies the licensed private hire operator assigned to fulfil the journey. Please check all details before travel.
